Bohdan Kapon
Actor, director, conférencier
ĐŸÑ€Đ¸Đ²Ñ–Ñ‚! My name is Bohdan Kapon, and I'm 21 years old. I'm an actor and entertainer from Ukraine, and I've been involved in acting since childhood. My native language is Ukrainian, and I have a keen interest in English, which I speak at an intermediate level.
In 2012, I began my career as an actor and compere, entertaining at festivals, shows, and various stages. By 2016, I had become an actor in the first theatre in Europe run by the police, known as "Children of the Future" in the Kharkiv region. Since 2019, I've been working as an entertainer, gaining experience in hosting and event organization, and even becoming the official mascot for the Kharkiv Falcons basketball team.
However, following the full‒scale invasion of my homeland by terrorists, I became a refugee and started organizing private parties for children. On February 24, 2023, the Children of the Future acting group and I took a stand against the war in Berlin, staging our performances in front of the Russian embassy.
Currently, we often travel as a theatre troupe in Europe with the anti‒war play "Frontstage"

Choreographic performance:

This performance embodies the artistic concept of the "upper and lower" worlds. It portrays the themes of waste, despair, decay, concrete, and darkness - elements in which many people on this planet live. Perhaps, when finding themselves in the "lower vibrational world," a person will seek their path upward, not knowing if it will truly appear. However, even in this "lower" world, one can find something or someone radiating light and happiness, requiring nothing in return.

Life, at this moment, weaves its threads in such a way that a choice emerges: to ascend to the "upper" world or to become a guardian for those who have always been and remain nearby. This little ray of light has the power to fill the void and illuminate everything around!
A silent scene unfolds, portraying a geologist who has become lost in the wild and picturesque landscapes of Ukraine. With hunger and thirst gnawing at him, he desperately tries to capture raindrops, a lifeline in his dire situation. Spotting a river nearby, he attempts to catch river game to sustain himself.

In a moment of success, he manages to secure food, savoring his catch. He hears the flutter of wings as a dragonfly flies by, and he tries to reach it, longing for any sign of life. In his pursuit, he unwittingly stumbles into a bear trap, the harsh wilderness revealing its unforgiving nature.
Ambassador of the "Nikolsky" Shopping Mall. We created videos on various topics. Our duty was to introduce our audience to the mall's activities and brands to pique their interest.

Two young actors, one from Ukraine and one from Russia, left their home a year ago under different circumstances. Now they are on one stage together. However, the context of war is always present and shapes the perspective and attitude of the audience and performers, who are confronted with questions about heroism, manhood and patriotism. Through personal stories and documentary texts, acting becomes a (over)life strategy that allows one to show vulnerability, raise questions of identity, and helps find a way to coexist on stage together.
The performance is dedicated to the events that unfolded in full on February 24, 2022.
The performance was created in a day.
The performance took place in front of the Russian embassy in Berlin.
A year of resilience.
A year of forbearance.
Year of unity.
